A family of four who live in Kingston upon Thames, London, KT2 are looking for a new team of housekeepers to join their family home. They can provide either live in or live out depending on your preference.

Family Background
A busy family, with two children aged 3 and 1, live in a beautiful property in Kingston upon Thames. They have extended family who enjoy visiting, and the wife's sister has her own room in the property which she regularly comes to stay in. They have no pets. It is a large property with four well appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, with many family communal areas. The family have had a housekeeper, but due to personal reasons they have had recently moved on. The family are keen to find a new team of skilled and hard working housekeepers (ideally three members of staff) to join their family property and staff.
Duties
The main duties for this role are to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard. The large part of the role is the housekeeping for the house, so you should be confident and pro-active in this area. You may be asked to do basic cooking, run errands and food shopping, and serve tea/coffee during the day. Flower arranging and making the house look beautiful for the principals and their guests is key. You will need to be organised, conscientious, punctual, and have great attention to detail. You should be happy to undertake all housekeeping duties to a high standard and be a good team player - working well with others and taking direction. Both children are at nursery, but when they are in the home, you should be happy to keep an eye on them if required, and although the mother is not working, she is very busy with projects. The father works full time. There may be occasional babysitting duties, but this would be arranged in advance with notice. When the family travel, there may be options to travel with them, or care for the property in their absence.
Location/Accommodation
This is both a live in or live out position. If you wish you can live out, and you should be able to commute easily to Kingston upon Thames, London, KT2. If you wish to live in, then private accommodation within the family home can be provided, with your own bathroom. As the family are looking to recruit three members of staff, one will live in, and two will live out.
Days/Hours
Working two days on, and then one day off each week (total of 5 days work and two days off each week). Working hours would be 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 8pm. You would only work either the morning shift or the afternoon shift when on duty. (7 hour shift each day / 35 hours per week).
Languages
You must speak a good level of English.
Special Skills
You should be discreet and able to housekeep to a high standard.
