A professional couple near Warsaw, Poland, are looking for a Polish speaking domestic couple to work in their home. One of you must have a driving licence to apply for this position. This is a live in role.
Package Offered
- £70,000 – £90,000 gross per year for the domestic couple, depending on experience
- An apartment will be provided with a separate entrance and parking space

A busy professional couple are looking for a domestic couple near Warsaw in Poland. The husband is busy with work and travels much of the time, often visiting the USA, London, and beyond. They also have multiple properties overseas. The wife often works from home, so you must be discreet and respectful of this. The household is formal in nature, and when not on duty, the domestic couple will not be required to be on the main property and grounds, so should be cautious to keep to themselves. The couple live in a stunning 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home, surrounded by significant open land and a very large forest. The family also has a guest house on the estate which is fitted with a spa, sauna, and cinema room, as well as guest accommodation. The home is decorated with luxury furnishings and décor, including marble and wood flooring. You must be happy around pets as the couple have 4 beloved dogs (Samoyed & Cana Corso), they are friendly and well trained.
Duties
Our clients are looking for a discreet, honest, and respectful domestic couple to manage their lovely home. They really value integrity, flexibility, and a hardworking attitude. The successful couple will have a positive and can-do attitude. Together you will oversee the upkeep of the home and ensure everything runs smoothly.
One of you should be confident with all daily housekeeping duties and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard. You will be responsible for the upkeep of the household and ensure it is tidy and presentable. Duties include all housekeeping tasks such as laundry, ironing, changing linens and towels, unpacking the groceries, floor care such as mopping and vacuuming, watering house plants, and ensuring that the home is tidy, organised, and well presented. The home has many luxury features, so it is important that you feel confident in handling fine furnishings and delicate items, including clothing and fabrics.
The other person must be happy to work in the garden and undertake household maintenance. Your duties will include mowing, strimming, weeding, gutter clearing, landscaping, bed maintenance, car washing, hedge cutting, caring for the irrigation system, snow removal, DIY and maintenance in the home, security checks, and occasional driving.
The couple must be happy to undertake some house management duties such as arranging contractors and running errands to the city (the home is located a 30 minute drive away).
The gentleman of the house often travels, and the lady regularly eats out, on occasion you may be asked to cook for the couple.
When both principals are traveling, you must be happy to stay home and care for the dogs (walking, feeding, and caring for their needs) and house sit.
Location/Accommodation
The couple lives near Warsaw, Poland. A separate one bedroom apartment with private entrance and parking will be provided. Due to size limitations, there is no room for children or pets.
Days/Hours
- Each working 45 hours per week, from Monday - Friday
- The person undertaking the housekeeping and internal duties will work from 9am-6pm
- The person undertaking the gardening and external duties will work from 8am – 5pm (flexible on hours as per daylight in summer/winter)
- All working hours are somewhat flexible, any changes and/or overtime will be agreed in advance
- Overtime worked will either be given as time in lieu or paid
Languages
You must speak a good level of English and Polish to communicate with the principals.
Special Skills
You must be highly organised and have great attention to detail in relation to housekeeping and gardening. You must be very discreet and respect the principal’s privacy. One of you should be a driver.
