An UHNW family based in Doha are looking for a full-time Personal Assistant to join their team. This role is based in Doha, Qatar, and requires relocation. You must hold a driving licence to apply for this role.
Package Offered
- £60,000 - £70,000 gross per year depending on experience
- Relocation expenses covered
- Off-site accommodation will be provided to meet the candidate’s needs

- One journey to the candidate’s home country is provided per year.

Family Background
The family have a very large and fully staffed property in Doha. The home is serviced by a team of staff, including housekeepers, chefs and gardeners. This is the family’s primary residence though they do travel extensively and can be absent from the property for extended periods of time.
Duties
The role is of a Personal Assistant, as such you will be responsible for the team of housekeepers. The successful candidate must be very experienced and strong-minded, someone who can lead the team of housekeepers to improve on the current standards. The team is diverse and multinational, hence you need to be down to earth and amiable, capable of working alongside the incumbent staff.
Your duties will include:
- Diary management, correspondence, managing contacts, records, and filing systems.
- Manage accounts, paying invoices, attending meetings
- Researching and booking travel options, creating itineraries, and ensuring all travel documents are in order.
- Managing personal shopping and returns, making bookings at restaurants, managing subscriptions, and overseeing tech updates.
- Working with the other members of staff to assist overseeing household repairs and purchases,
- Organising gifts for family and friends, and event planning.

- travelling with the clients when required
The successful candidate will have to be adaptable and fresh thinking, the role requires someone who can lead by example and guarantee an excellent level of discrete service. An acceptance of Qatari culture is of course paramount alongside this, and the role necessitates the successful candidate be able to integrate into their new environment seamlessly.

- 6 days on with one day off per week
Languages
You must speak a good level of English to communicate with the family.
Special Skills
You must have extensive experience working in private homes and be willing to relocate to Qatar.
