A family based in Hackney, East London, are looking for a lovely maternity nanny to help with their 2 month old son either 1 or 2 days per week.
Family Background
A lovely British family, with a baby boy aged 2 months. The father works full time and the mother is on maternity leave, but currently studying and writing her dissertation. They have no pets. The mum just needs an extra pair of hands once or twice a week, to attend some appointments, focus on her writing and just have a rest! So they are looking for a lovely candidate who is looking for flexible working hours/days to become a support for their family.
Duties
You must be practical, flexible and a hands-on nanny, to take care of the baby in a caring and loving fashion, willing to help with the baby and any duties relating to the baby. You do not need to do any housework, but if you are happy to do baby laundry etc that would be helpful. You should be happy to have sole charge of the baby if the mother wants to go and run some errands or attend an appointment. You should have a positive and well organised approach. A genuine love for children and interest in child development at all stages.
Location
This is a week day, live out role. The family are based in Hackney, East London.
Days/Hours
You will be working one or two days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wed or Thurs). The family are flexible with which day(s) worked. Working hours will be 8/9am to 6pm with flexibility to do additional hours if family need babysitting here and there.
Languages
You must speak a good level of English
Special Skills
You should be flexible and experienced working with babies of this age.
Package Offered
£12-14 net per hour depending on experience. (£130-150 gross per day) The family can pay a little more, but ideally would like to find someone who is committed to this flexi-role.
