A family of five who are based in Barbican, London, EC2Y are looking for a part time housekeeper/cook to join their family. This is a live out role and you should be able to commute easily to the property.
Package Offered
- £20 - £25 gross per hour depending on experience
Family Background
The family have three children. They live in a beautiful property consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They are a very busy family where one of the parents travels often, so they need someone who is dedicated and reliable to help them with the upkeep of their household.
Duties
You should be confident with all aspects of housekeeping and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard, with great attention to detail.
You will be responsible for the daily and deep cleaning of the household and ensuring it is always tidy and presentable. Making beds, laundry and ironing, cleaning bathrooms and all areas of the house.
You should be confident in cooking dinner. The family prefer to eat healthy simple cooked meals. You should be happy to follow recipes.
You will be responsible for making your own schedule and managing your time between cooking and cleaning.
Location
The property is located in Barbican, London, EC2Y. This is a live out role, and the successful candidate will be able to easily commute.
Days/Hours
- Working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday
- Working 4pm to 7pm, 15 hours each week
- You should be happy to work overtime when required and will be agreed in advance
Languages
You must speak a good level of English to communicate with the family.
Special Skills
You must be highly organised and have great attention to detail in relation to housekeeping. You should be happy to cook and follow recipes.
