A family of four who live near Stroud, GL6, Gloucestershire, are looking for a new part time, long term housekeeper to become a valued member of the family household.

- £12-16 net per hour / £14-18 gross per hour

Family Background
A lovely family who have recently re-located from the USA to live near Stroud, Gloucestershire, they have two children aged 10 and 7. The mother and father are busy with work and personal projects and they have two house cats and a very loving Golden Retriever dog. When they were in the States they had a long-term housekeeper and they are keen to find someone who is local to their family, who is used to working with large properties, and is dedicated and flexible, who is looking for a long-term position. They live in a beautiful four bedroom property with an annex outbuilding, and may in the future undertake additional renovations on the property.
Duties
The main duties for this role are to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard. You should be confident and happy to keep house to a high level, from all hoovering, mopping, laundry and deep cleaning. You should be child friendly, and happy to be around the children, and you should also be pet friendly! You should have an eye for detail and be happy to manage the property well, looking after the house and outbuilding. If you are flexible and happy to help out, the family might ask you to help with shopping, running errands and the occasional assistance with cooking, and perhaps even helping with school runs.
Location
This is live out position, based in Stroud, GL6, Gloucestershire. You should be able to easily commute to the property.
Days/Hours
Either one or two days a week - the family are flexible with the days/hours, but would ideally like between 9-12 hours each week at the property.
Languages
You must speak a good level of English.
Special Skills
You do not need to be able to drive, as there is public transport (bus) nearby, but if you do drive and have your own car this would be a bonus.
