A lovely family are looking for a part-time housekeeper to help them clean and manage their six-bedroom property in Scarcroft, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS14. The role is live out and you must be able to commute easily to the property with your own car.
Package Offered
- £16 - £20 gross per hour depending on experience
- Working Monday to Friday
- Working 20 hours per week, 9am-1pm with some flexibility for the right candidate
- Additional hours agreed in advance and paid in overtime.
Family Background
The family lives in a beautiful, spacious six-bedroom house in Scarcroft, Leeds. They are a family of five, with three children aged three months, eight & ten years old. They are a busy family, with both parents working from home. The family have two very cute Wheaten Terriers so you should be dog friendly. They are keen to find a new housekeeper who is happy to help care and look after their home in a long-term role.
Duties
Your duties include all the housekeeping in the property. You will be responsible for doing all laundry, ironing, cleaning and vacuuming, organising, and changing beds.
You should be happy to run errands from time to time as needed, visiting the post office, dry cleaners, and supermarket. The family currently has their groceries ordered online and delivered weekly, you will be responsible for unpacking and organising the items. You will be responsible for dealing with tradespeople when required.
Light and easy cooking, if the children are at home, might be asked for - but this isn't regularly part of the duties. You should be happy to help with the dog care, with occasional walks and feeding the dogs.
You must be able to assist with school drop-offs infrequently but as needed. Whilst this role is mainly housekeeping based, you should be happy to keep an eye out for the children on occasion.

The family lives in Scarcroft, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS14, so you should own your own car and be within easy commuting distance.

Languages
You must speak a good level of English.
Special Skills
You should be experienced at housekeeping and have an excellent eye for detail. You should be able to cook light, easy meals when required.
