A professional couple are looking for a part-time housekeeper for their 6-bedroom house in Weybridge, KT13, Surrey. You will need to be able to drive for this role due to the location of the property.
Package Offered
- £16 - £20 gross per hour.
- A minimum of 15 hours per week. Option to do additional hours as overtime.
- Option to live in the separate self-catered accommodation provided.
Family Background
The couple, are looking for an experienced and self-motivated housekeeper to help them with the upkeep of their 6 bedroom home. The property is situated over 3 floors and contains a leisure suite with an indoor swimming pool.
The couple’s grown-up sons visit the property regularly as do family and friends, so duties would increase and decrease during those times when people are visiting. The couple currently doesn’t have any pets but are looking to get a dog in the future.
Duties
You will be in charge of the daily and deep cleaning of the house and ensure it is always tidy and presentable. Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, tidying up all areas of the house. You will also be very confident taking care of the laundry, ironing and wardrobe management for the couple. you should be happy to run some errands, light shopping runs to the dry cleaners, and similar tasks. You should also be happy to follow recipes and cook for the couple.
The couple travel extensively, so you should be happy to look after the house when the couple are away and give instructions to maintenance people.
The successful candidate should have strong initiative and an eye for detail. You should be confident with all aspects of housekeeping and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard.
Location/Accommodation
The family are based in Weybridge, KT13, Surrey. This is a live-out or live- in role. If you live out you should be within easily commutable distance. If you live in accommodation will be provided, which will be a private bedroom and bathroom within the family home.

- Minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Option to do additional hours if you would like to.
- The couple are flexible on the hours and days worked
Languages
You should speak a good level of English.
Special Skills
You should be an experienced and skilled housekeeper and happy to cook. You should be self-motived and able to give instructions.
