A medical father and mother with two children under 8 are looking for a part time PA to support their family with admin. You should hold a full driving licence.
Background
The father and mother are professional medical individauls. They have a busy family life, and the father and mother are looking for support in the admin, both from business and family life so that they can spend precious time with their family in their spare time. They have no pets.
Daily/Weekly Duties
You will be in charge of all management in relation to the family; all planning, organisation and appointments for all children, as well as for the mother and father. Family administration, management of the property dealing with the housekeeper and handyman etc, and the travel arrangements for the father with his work and for the family holiday's etc. You should have excellent IT skills so you can help prepare presentations for the father's lectures and public speaking, and be willing to help with all aspects of admin with his work and family admin. You may be asked for additional support with family duties such as picking up and drop of from school, and also taking the father to the airport/picking up when he returns. You should be willing and flexible to help support them as a PA in all family aspects.
Days/Hours
Monday and Friday, 5 hours on each day - 10 hours a week to begin with. Ideally you would be happy to work remotely, willing to pop into the house to pickup paperwork/schedule for the weeks ahead and then work from home so that you can ensure that all the tasks are ready and complete.
Location
The family currently live 30 minutes West from Durham town. This is a live out role, and you should be happy to commute to property to pickup admin, but then work from home.
Languages
You should speak a excellent level of English to communicate with the family and contractors.
Special Skills
You should be looking for a long-term role, and be flexible. There is room to grow the role over time. You should be excellent at IT. You should have a full driving licence and a car in order to get to the property.
Package Offered
£15-22 gross per hour depending on experience.
