A busy family property in Mayfair, London are looking for a lovely part time nanny/tutor for their two children.
Background
A busy household of 5 people (2 adults and 3 children – (twins boys) 4.5, 4.5, and a girl 3.5 years of age) and no pets who live in Mayfair. They have a fully staffed household including housekeepers and drivers, but are looking for additional support in the childcare aspect. They are down to earth, but do expect a high level of care and attention. Often the mother works from home or is at home, so in this instance you'll be helping out the mother, and at other times you'll have sole charge.
Duties
Your focus will be on working in the the three children. You should be proficient in EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage), energetic, with firm boundaries and have a positive and educational approach with the children. You will also be expected to prepare healthy simple meals for the children after school consisting of a protein and different veg. You should be able to support the mother and family with her children, being flexible to help with homework, and educational and development in fun and play. You should be organised and kind, discreet and well-mannered.
Location
This is a live out role and the family live in Central London, Mayfair.
Days/Hours
Monday to Friday 2pm-8pm. The family will expect you to travel with them during school holidays and can give you lots of notice for their trips.
Languages
You should speak a excellent level of English to communicate with the other staff and family.
Special Skills
You should be highly educated, either a trained teacher or have qualified from Norland or Chiltern.
Package Offered
- £15net per hour - there is wiggle room on this for experienced candidates.
- Base rate of £360net per week (24 hours work) / £22,689 gross per year
- You will be offered employment/pension/contract.
