Family Background
A down to earth family based in Dubai and London are looking for a Nanny/PA to help look after the youngest child and the PA duties for the family. There are 3 children in the family aged 3, 5 and 9 but the nanny duties in this role will be focused on the 5 year old girl as the other two children already have nannies who are focused on them. The family are based in Dubai and London but spend most of their time in Dubai. They travel regularly so you will be expected to travel with the family. The household is fully staffed with housekeepers and drivers. There are no pets in the household.
Duties
You will be focused on the 5 year old girl and carry out all nanny duties related to her. The family also have 2 other children who you may help out with from time to time. You will be required to assist round the house with the PA duties associated with the family, you will be arranging travel and be responsible for the family’s schedule. The household is fully staffed with housekeepers and drivers – you will not be required to do any housekeeping duties. You will not be required to drive for this role. You should be warm, capable and discreet, with a good knowledge of children, able to care and help them grow and develop. Flexible to adjust to the needs of the busy family household, willing to travel extensively with the family.
Location/Accommodation
The family are based in both Dubai and London. In Dubai you will be provided with private accommodation with all bills and food included. The family will pay for your travel between London and Dubai. The family can also offer accommodation in London should you wish to live in.
Days/Hours
Your normal hours will be Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm with flexibility to do overtime and proxy parenting when needed.
Languages
A good level of English is required, if you speak French also this is a bonus.
Special Skills
You should have previous experience of working with children. You should be fun and friendly and be able to interact well with all 3 children. You should be organised and punctual and experienced in travel arrangements and family schedules.
