A warm and friendly family, are looking for a skilled maternity nanny in Windsor, Berkshire, SL4. This role is live-out and due to location, you should have your own car. You must have proven and long-term experience working with babies.
Package Offered
- £75,000 - £85,000+ gross per year depending on experience
- Full employment and pension with generous bonuses.
Family Background
The family consist of a mother (who is pregnant), a father, and one young child aged 4. They live in a beautiful five-bedroom property in Windsor, with the older child attending school. The mother is due her second baby in May. They do not have any pets. Both parents are very busy, but very hands on with their child and are excited about a new baby to arrive. They are keen to find the support of a long-term maternity nanny who has long term experience working with babies to look after both the newborn and their 4 year old.
Duties
The family are keen to find a flexible, kind and highly skilled nanny to help care for their little one and the new baby joining in May. You should have strong professional experience as a nanny and you should be confident with babies. Although mum will be around lots, you should be confident with both sole and shared charge of the baby and the older child.
You should be able to care for both children, plan activities and take them to playdates and events. You should be organised and flexible, extremely discreet and take pride in giving the children in your care the best attention and love. You should be willing to assist the family with all aspects of the children's life, from organising their room, and specific duties around the children, and work with the family's housekeeper with regards to the children's clothing, laundry and cooking. Be willing to assist with school drop off and collection (for the older child) and help with all stages of babies development including weaning and potty training! The family are keen to find a long-term nanny who becomes a flexible and valued member of the family.
You should be happy to help with the busy times of family life, morning drop off and then bath and bed. If you are open to doing overnight support that is a bonus but not required. Travel with the family would be ideal, but again not expected. You should be looking for a long-term role.
Location
The home is situated in Windsor, Berkshire, SL4. This role is live out and due to location, you should have your own car.
Days/Hours
- Typically working from 7am - 7pm or 8am - 8pm from Monday – Friday, the client can be flexible for the right candidate
- Babysitting or additional hours will be agreed in advance
- You should be happy to do occasional overtime hours, this would be agreed in advance and will either be paid or given as time in lieu
Languages
You should speak an excellent level of English to communicate with the family.
Special Skills
You should be an experienced and skilled nanny with newborn experience. You should be looking for a long-term role and be happy to get fully involved in family life
