Mandarin Speaking Butler for Stunning Family Estate in Richmond, British Columbia

A Chinese family have just purchased a luxury 18 acre ranch in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada and are looking for an experienced Butler who speaks fluent Mandarin.

Background 
The international family travel regularly but as their two daughters are studying in the USA, they have made a home in Canada. They have just bought an 8 bedroom, 18 acre ranch, with various outbuildings, staff accommodation, swimming pool, tennis court and large garage for multiple vehicles.  They have a small, friendly dog.

Duties 
You would be required to perform all Butler and House Management duties.  Managing/recruiting day staff, running the household to the highest level, managing schedules, food and drink service, guest welcoming and service, running errands, shopping, dog walking.  You should be flexible and able to perform your duties to a high standard.  You should also be able to speak fluent Mandarin as the husband regularly travels and the wife is home alone and would like to be able to communicate easily with you.

Location/Accommodation
Richmond, British Columbia, Canada.  You will be provided seperate staff accommodation on the ranch.  This has a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen etc.  The family are open to couples and if you'd like to bring your partner/wife/husband this can be arranged.  

Days/Hours
Between 1 - 2 days off a week (but flexible on the days is required).  Working hours would be typically 9am to 7pm, be able to help with dinner prep and clear up.

Languages 
Fluent Mandarin must be spoken.  A good level of English is required to communicate with the local community.

Special Skills.
You should hold a full driving licence.

Package Offered 
The family will pay extremely well for the right person.  They wish to find someone committed to stay long term with the family.

Interview/Start date 
The client is interviewing in the next couple of weeks. After interviews there will be a trial, leading to employment, as soon as possible.
