A professional family is looking for a full-time nanny / housekeeper to help look after their home and five-month-old daughter. The family divide their time between the UK and Europe, spending the majority of the year at their property in Amsterdam, 90 days in London with the rest of the year spent travelling around Europe. This is a live-in role and you must be eligible to work in the EU.

• £55,000 - £65,000 gross per year depending on experience
Family Background
The family have a four-month-old daughter and travels regularly dividing their time between the UK and Europe. You must be able to travel with them. They are keen to find a lovely long-term nanny who is also able to help with housekeeping duties and general tasks around the home.
Duties
The ideal candidate should be both happy to help with child duties and help around the house. The ideal candidate should fun and flexible, willing to follow the family's approach to how they wish their children to be brought up as well as very experienced. The couple is very hands-on, so the role will be shared and sole charge when both parents are working.
Your main duties will involve the baby’s care and someone experienced in developmental play and nurturing such a young child is a must. As such you should be a highly skilled nanny, willing to help guide and develop their daughter. You should ideally hold formal nanny qualifications, or if you do not, you should have worked extensively as a professional nanny, working with children of similar age.
You should be organised and kind, willing to plan and develop learning activities and goals for the little one. You should be experienced in educating and stimulating through play and fun activities. You will also be helping with cooking, and preparing food for the child, snacks and dinners. The family prefer simple and healthy family-style meals.
The family travel regularly and and you must be able to travel with them throughout the year. Spending 6 months in Amsterdam, 90 days in London and the rest of the year around Europe. This is a live-in position and accommodation is provided on-site at all the properties around Europe. The family reside in central London and the centre of Amsterdam primarily.
You should be happy to tidy and to help out in the home with general housekeeping duties as required, though mostly acting as an extra pair of hands to the parents. Running errands including groceries and helping with tidying up around the house. The ideal candidate should be kind and friendly, easy going and happy to be involved in family life. The young family are looking for a trustworthy person to help them and provide nurturing care for their child.
Location
The family live in central Amsterdam for 6 months of the year, in central London for 90 days and travels across Europe for the rest of the year. This is a live-in role and private accommodation is provided.
Days/hours
Monday to Friday
7am - 7pm
Flexibility to do additional hours/babysitting when agreed in advance. This will be paid as overtime or time off in lieu.
Languages
You must speak a good level of English to communicate with the family. A Russian speaker would be a bonus.
Special Skills
You should also be confident in both childcare and housekeeping. You should be friendly and happy to be a part of family life. You must have experience looking after children of a young age. You must be able to work and reside in the EU.
