A laid-back family of four based near West Palm Beach, Florida, USA are looking for a new housekeeper/nanny to help them in their home. This is a live out role. The family are open to offering a relocation package for the right candidate. You must have a clean driving licence for this role.
Package Offered
- $90,000 - $100,000 gross per year depending on experience

Family Background
A laid-back family of four who are moving from Geneva, Switzerland, to a beautiful new house near West Palm Beach, and are looking for a new housekeeper/nanny. The parents both mostly work from home, and they have a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old. They are very hands-on with their children but need help with maintaining a clean and tidy household and some additional help with taking care of the children when they are busy. They are looking for someone who can work alongside the parents to create the best environment for their children, and who is able to take on multiple tasks and handle a varied workload depending on the day, though the majority of the hours will be dedicated to housekeeping duties. The family travel regularly so you should be happy to travel with them if required.
Duties
The family are looking for a meticulously detail-oriented, calm, kind and trustworthy Housekeeper/Nanny. You should be an experienced housekeeper for this role. You will be solely responsible for all housekeeping, daily and deep cleaning, laundry, and ironing for the family. Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, organising and cleaning the kitchen, and generally keeping all areas of the house clean and organised. You will also be responsible for the family’s laundry and ironing and should be able to undertake these duties to a high standard. You should also be confident in dealing with contractors.
You should be happy to help the parents with the children when required.You will clean up after the children, planning their activities, tidying up their toys and ensuring their bedrooms are kept neat and tidy, whilst also doing the children’s laundry. There is potential for extra duties such as babysitting or running errands.
You should be happy to prepare simple, healthy homemade meals for the family. Putting away food deliveries, and occasional grocery shopping on their behalf.
The family travel regularly so you should be happy to travel with them if required, this includes travelling to California and a few weeks in Europe every summer. Accommodation will always be provided when traveling with the family.

Days/Hours
- Working 40 hours per week, flexible up to 50 hours with additional family assistance tasks.
- You should be happy to do occasional overtime hours or babysitting, this would be agreed in advance and will either be paid or given as time in lieu.
Languages
You must speak an excellent level of English to communicate with the family.
Special Skills
You should be experienced at housekeeping and have an excellent eye for detail. You need to have a driving licence for this position. If you are a strong swimmer, this would be a bonus but this is not mandatory.
