A family who are based near Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17, are looking for a housekeeper/cook to work at their country estate. This is a live out role and you should be able to commute via car or train to the property.

- £18 - £22 gross per hour depending on experience

Family Background
A family of three who have one well behaved Border Collie. They live on a beautiful country estate in West Sussex consisting of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 floors. They are a very busy family who travels to and from London often, so they need someone who is dedicated and reliable to help them with the upkeep of their household.
Duties
You should be confident with all aspects of housekeeping and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard, with great attention to detail. You will be responsible for the daily and deep cleaning of the household and ensure it is always tidy and presentable. Making beds, cleaning bathrooms and all areas of the house. You will also be responsible for laundry, ironing, through to organising cupboards, cleaning the fridge and ensuring that the home is generally well presented and cared for. You should be happy to do the cooking, including lunch and occasionally dinner when the family is at the estate. The family prefer to eat healthy home-cooked food, often providing recipes for meals. Some days the principal will need their meals preprepared ready to be warmed in the evening, or all ingredients assembled and prepared for cooking later by the family.
Location
The estate is located near Haywards Heath, West Sussex, RH17. This is a direct 45-minute train ride from Victoria Station. This is a live out role, and the successful candidate will be able to easily commute.

- Working 3/4 hours a day, 5/6 days a week
- Hours and days worked are flexible, depending on your other commitments.
Languages
You must speak a good level of English to communicate with the family.
Special Skills
You must be highly organised and have great attention to detail in relation to housekeeping. You should be happy to cook and follow recipes as the role involves preparing and creating lunches and dinner, as required.
