A large property, with three grown children (who come and go), are looking for a new, long-term housekeeper to work at their family property in Wheelton, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6.
Package Offered
- Fully employed or Self Employed depending on the candidate's preference
- They will pay between £10-14 gross per hour depending on experience (£300-£420 per 30 hour week)
Family Background
The property is a lovely family home. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, with a large kitchen, dining room and gym, and the family have a housekeeper who has been with them for many years, but is moving on. They are now looking to find a new, long-term housekeeper to work in the property. They have a house cat.
Duties
You will be working in the family property, caring for the home, all laundry, cleaning, bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. You should be pet friendly, happy to change the cat litter and not be allergic! The children are grown, so come and go, and you don't need to run any errands, however you should be happy to just get stuck in with your own initiative, and be looking for a long-term position. You do not need to cook. The parents who own the property visit from time to time, but they do not stay overnight.
Location
The family live in Wheelton, Chorley, Lancashire, PR6. This is a live out role, so you should be able to commute to the property each day. You do not need to be able to drive, but you must be able to get to the property on your own.
Days/Hours
Monday to Friday. 10 - 4pm each day (6 hours each day - 30 hour week)
Languages
You must speak a good level of English.
Special Skills
You should have experience at housekeeping in private properties and be looking for a long-term role.
