A family based near Warwick, Warwickshire, CV35 are looking for a housekeeper. This is a live-out role. Due to location, you should have a full driving licence for this role.
Package Offered
- £30,000 - £40,000 gross per year depending on experience
Family Background
The family have one child and they live in a beautiful home with gardens. They have dogs and cats so you should be happy to work around pets. They employ other staff that work on the property so you should be comfortable working as part of a team.
Duties
You should be a confident and skilled housekeeper, with a key focus on organisation and attention to detail. The main duties for this role are to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard.
Duties include all deep and daily cleaning, ironing, washing, supporting the other external staff, taking delivery of the food, unpacking and general house management. You should be skilled at the laundry, care of delicate fabrics and ironing and pressing.
You should be well presented, happy to greet guests and help with the daily life and routine of the family. Flexibility is key and a can-do attitude is a must.
There is no childcare required but occasional babysitting agreed in advance. You should be happy to work around children.
You should be happy to run errands, go to the dry cleaners, post office, and grocery shop etc. There is no cooking for this role. There may be the option for occasional travel with the family.
Location
The family are based near Warwick, Warwickshire, CV35. This is a live out role. Due to location, you should have a full driving licence for this role.
Days/Hours
- Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
- Working 8am - 5pm each day but flexibility is expected
- You should be happy to do occasional overtime hours or babysitting, this would be agreed in advance and will either be paid or given as time in lieu
Languages
You must speak a good level of English to be able to communicate with the family.
