A family of five living in Barnes, London, SW14 are looking for a housekeeper to join their family home. This is a live-out role so you should be able to easily commute.
Package Offered
- £20 - £28+ gross per hour depending on experience. The client will consider a higher hourly rate for the very experienced candidates.
- Working two days a week, the client is flexible on which days (Monday to Saturday)
- Working 9am - 2pm
- Additional hours agreed in advance for extra hours and would be paid as overtime
Family Background
The family have three children and the parents are busy with work and personal projects and have just recently moved into a new beautiful property in Barnes. The house is a beautiful modern home. They have no pets and enjoy travelling during the school holidays.
Duties
You should be confident with all aspects of housekeeping and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard, with great attention to detail. You will be responsible for the daily and deep cleaning of the household and ensure it is always tidy and presentable.
Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, organising and cleaning the kitchen, and generally keeping all areas of the house clean and organised. You will be responsible for the family’s wardrobe management, ensuring all laundry & ironing is up to date.
You should be happy to run errands such as trips to the post office, dry cleaners and put away the grocery shopping. You should be willing to follow directions, be a self-starter and be able to manage the rooms and duties required by the family. It's a busy family home, so someone who has an eye for detail and can really hit the ground running.

Languages

Special Skills
You should be experienced at housekeeping and have an excellent eye for detail. You do not need to be able to drive, but if you do this is a bonus and the family can provide access to a car for work errands and duties.
