They are keen to find a committed and long-term candidate. You should be happy to be around dogs for this role.
You should be confident with all aspects of housekeeping and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard, with great attention to detail. You will be responsible for the daily and deep cleaning of the household and ensure it is always tidy and presentable. Making beds, cleaning bathrooms and all areas of the house. You will also be responsible for laundry, ironing, and ensuring that the home is generally well presented and cared for.
You should be happy to cook and follow recipes for fresh and healthy meals for the family. Their son likes to cook too (occasionally) so you’ll have a pair of helping hands in the kitchen! Their dog isn’t keen on exercise so only a small walk around the garden a day will be needed! When the family are away on holiday you should be happy to look after the dog and care for the home.
You should be flexible to help out the family with errands if required. The children all go to different schools so help with the school runs and pick-ups would required if you can drive. An automatic car can be provided.
