A family-based in Holland Park, London, W11, are looking for an experienced Houseman or Housewoman for their beautiful property. Driving license not must but preferred.

£40,000 - £50,000 gross per year.
Family Background
A busy family home, the couple live with their 11-year-old child. Other siblings occasionally visit over holidays A beautiful, well-appointed property, they have two housekeepers and they need a hands-on house person who can assist with daily duties and household maintenance, cooking and driving duties. They have no pets and enjoy travel.
Duties
All tasks focused around the cooking, home maintenance, occasional driving. Maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of the cars. (1 car) Driving the 1 child. Upkeep and maintenance of the property - from jet washing the patio, cleaning the windows etc. Simple but fresh cooking for the family - and visitors when they are around. You should also keep the kitchen neat and tidy and take care of the shopping. Occasionally assist with hosting dinner parties, organising caterers, welcoming guests.
Upkeep of the house, eg cleaning and liaising with the family office to provide maintenance support. Willing to work around the housekeepers and assist when needed. No major cleaning or housekeeping as they have two housekeepers, but you will be expected to keep the house tidy and organized. So you should be happy to iron and lend a hand wherever needed.
You should have good time management and be flexible warm, and switched on with lots of common sense and initiative! Wanting to become a long-term member of staff and valued member of the family setup. You should be hospitable and wanting to make life easier for the family!
Location
This is a live-out role in Holland Park, London, W11. You should be able to commute to the property easily - and ideally, you should have your own car to perform work duties.
Days/Hours
Monday - Friday 8-10 hour day. Occasional Saturdays (agreed in advance) which would be covered as over time.
Languages
You must speak a good level of English to communicate with the family and the rest of the staff. The family also speak French and Italian
Special Skills
Ideally, you should have a full clean driving licence and ideally your own car so that you can commute to work and perform work duties - a contribution to your petrol will be included if you use your car for working duties
