A family of five who live in Central Dubai, are looking for an experienced House Manager to help them manage their home and team of staff. You must have a driving licence to apply for this role.
- £50,000 - £65,000 (tax free) depending on experience
- Relocation package - open to international candidates
- Accommodation can be provided as part of the package if required

- An annual return flight economy ticket from Dubai to your home country will be provided.
A stunning family home, in Central Dubai. The family have three children (ages 10,7 & 1) and a team of 7 staff working in their household. Their staff includes nannies, cleaning staff, a chef and a chauffeur. They are now looking for a house manager to be in charge of the team and bring more organisation to the household – helping to make life stress-free for the family. They have a beautiful property with a swimming pool.
You should be highly skilled at household management and have a strong eye for detail. The property is stunning, both inside and out, and the principal needs the house manager to ensure that the property is well presented and looking great! You will be in charge of rotas and scheduling of the other staff and you’ll be expected to manage any contractors or other external staff who come to the property. Having an eye for detail is key, being able to understand the needs of the principal and children and prepare and organise the household. You should be willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into duties and have a can-do attitude to ensure the household runs smoothly. This is a house manager role but there will be hands-on housekeeping duties involved.
You should be able to ensure that all aspects of the household are dealt with, from maintenance, light housekeeping and upkeep and ensuring that any issues which crop up are quickly dealt with.
You should be a confident driver in order to get to the property and to be able to run errands. You will be. provided with a car for work duties.
You should be able to organise events and parties for the family and their guests, a background in hospitality would be beneficial.
This is a role in Central, Dubai, and you can be provided accommodation as part of the package if you do not live locally. Accommodation will be a private apartment close to the family home.
- Monday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm
- You should be flexible to work overtime when the family are hosting events or parties (when agreed in advance) and travel with the family when required.
- Overtime/time off in lieu will be arranged.
You must speak a good level of English to communicate with the family.
You should have good experience managing private households. F&B/hospitality experience would be preferable. Knowledge of wine and organising events/parties also preferable.
