A couple based in Oxfordshire, OX7, are looking for a new long-term Personal Assistant. You will need a driving license for this role to commute daily to work at their residence.
Package Offered
- £30,000 - £45,000 gross per year depending on experience
- Working Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm
- You would need to be able to deal with any urgent calls (which are rare) out of working hours
Family Background
The couple are based in Oxfordshire OX7 and are looking for a new PA for their home. The couple travel regularly, however, you won’t be needed to travel within this role. They have a cat so you should be happy around animals.
Duties
You should be an experienced and dedicated PA with experience in private households. You should be able to help manage the household daily admin, and both liaise and manage other staff. You will be responsible for both the couple's private and business affairs. You will supervise the housekeeper/cleaner and ensure that the tasks have been completed to the standards expected. The couple has another property in London, and abroad so you would be responsible for the management of all the properties.
- You will be responsible for running all private aspects of the family’s private affairs.
- Oversee the management of household staff, including staff rotas
- Keeping up to date with the general repair and upkeep of four properties and organizing maintenance/repairs when necessary
- Organize vehicle maintenance, book MOT’s, ensure vehicles are working well
- Filtering through the family’s mail
- Travel coordination for the family
- Diary management for the family
- Arranging the Principles private personal appointments.
- Processing of invoices and expenses
- Management of extensive contacts database including key events/dates for friends and family
- Liaising with agents, publicists, lawyers, stylists, groomers and various other professional colleagues to assist in the smooth running of upcoming projects and events e.g. calendar input, checking logistics and all other information has been provided
- Project research, including databases across a wide range of activities
- various daily PA related requests from the clients
- You should be highly organized in the personal assistance side of the work, take initiative, have an excellent system of reminders and display a high degree of ownership over your work. It is expected that you will be a step ahead of the principal in day-to-day life and know how to prioritize tasks. You should have brilliant team energy, show proactivity and excellent attention to detail with courtesy and professionalism.
Location
This is a live-out role in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, OX7. You should be within an easily commutable distance to apply. You will need a driving license for this role.

Languages
You should speak excellent English for this role and have impeccable correspondence skills.

You should have previous experience supporting a private family. You should be highly organised with strong interpersonal and engagement skills. You should be professional and flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy country environment and the work is performed from a country residence. Due to the nature of the couple work, you must be flexible to last-minute changes and urgent requests. A portion of the tasks will be related to the US; therefore, you must manage your time with the awareness of time differences and international office opening hours.
