Family Background
A professional couple (the husband has his own business) they live in a beautiful six bedroom property in Richmond.  They have two little dogs (Jack Russel/Cross), who are friendly and easy going.  They have had a long-term, housekeeper who due to personal family committments is looking to work part time, and the family need full time commitment.
You will be responsible for all the housekeeping in the property.  You should be experienced with house management and able to clean properties to a high standard of care.  You should also have polite etiquette, knowing how to answer the phone, greet guests and make refreshments for visitors.  You should be confident with packing and unpacking suitcases, and be happy to house sit/care for the dogs when the couple occasionally travel.  You should be happy to make the occasional light dinner, nothing fancy - just light healthy cooking if the couple need dinner made occasionally for their return from work.  You should be pro-active, be able to spot things and have good initiative, able to follow direction, but also able to get just stuck in and things sorted.  Occasionally the family have dinner parties (infrequently) over the weekend, and then you'd be asked to help with cleaning up, or even service at the dinner table if you feel comfortable.  This would be agreed in advance.  You should be pet friendly and happy to walk the dogs a few times each week.
