A female principal and her mother, who are based in SW6, Chelsea, London, are looking for a lovely housekeeper/cook to join their family home.
Package Offered
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (40 hour week)
- £14-18 gross per hour (£12-15 net per hour) depending on experience.
- £29,000 - £38,000 gross per year
Family Background
A principal and her mother live in a well-appointed property in Chelsea. They live on their own, with no pets or children. They have a cleaner who attends the property once a week but are now looking for a capable, flexible and kind housekeeper/cook who is happy to assist with all aspects of household duties.
Duties
You should be confident with all aspects of housekeeping, and be able to clean and care for the home to a high standard. From wardrobe management and laundry, ironing, through to organising cupboard and ensuring that the home is well presented and cared for. You should be happy to do the cooking, including breakfast, lunch and diner for the principal and her mother.
You should be organised and adaptive, happy to help with mending clothes, running errands, food shopping and planning menus. You should be confident with cooking and the family like to eat a healthy, Mediterranean diet, with no sugar, no dairy, no gluten and no processed foods.
You will occasionally be helping with light admin and paperwork, so should have some basic skills with admin and technology.
You should be happy to be a companion for the mother's principal who is 63, and accompany her on appointments and daily walks.
Location
The principal and her mother live in SW6, Chelsea, London. This is a live out role so you should be able to commute easily to the property.

Languages
You must speak a good level of English.
Special Skills
You should be a confident cook, possess a basic level of technology/computer literacy, feel comfortable with light admin, and also looking for a long term role.
