A busy family of three in Eversholt, Buckingham MK17 are looking for a new, live-in housekeeper. You must have a driving licence to apply for this position, a car can be provided. This is a live-in role or flexi role, with the client happy for you to live out at the weekend if you wish.
Package Offered
• £30,000 - £38,000 gross per year
• Working Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility on weekends
• 7am - 7pm, with an hour and a half for lunch
• Accommodation will be provided
• Automatic car provided should you need one
Family Background
The family consists of a busy professional principal and her two children aged 15 and 13 years’ old. The children currently attend a private school, which is located 30 minutes away, and attend the school daily. The principal is an entrepreneur who runs businesses in the UK and in Poland, and she travels for work on occasion. They live in a large 7-bedroom house in Woburn, on the edge of the Woburn Deer Park. You must love working with animals as the family have 2 dogs, 4 cats and 2 chinchillas. They have 2 horses which are stabled 15 minutes away.
Duties
You will be responsible for all deep cleaning and housekeeping in the property. Your duties include doing laundry and ironing for the family, changing beds, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming, and organising cupboards.
You will need to help prepare the children’s belongings for school, to do the school run, and then help with childcare as needed. The successful candidate will be happy to prepare food for the family, creating meals as required. The family eat healthy, Vegan food, so you should be happy to cook fresh, healthy food for them. You may need to help with some shopping, running errands and dropping things to the post office. Basically being able to help run the household and help with mum with her busy life. The grandmother lives locally and loves to spend time with the family.
The principal travels each month for work, so you should be happy to remain at the property to care for the children, working overtime/proxy-parenting whilst the mum travels, and taking care of the animals.
Location/Accommodation
The family are located in Eversholt, Buckingham MK17, this is a live-in role. The successful candidate will live in the top floor of the property. The space has 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. You can live out at the weekend if you wish. You should be happy to do proxy-parenting when the mother travels.

- Working Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility on weekends
- 7am - 7pm, with an hour and a half for lunch
- Proxy-Parenting when mum is travelling will be paid in overtime
Languages
You must speak a good level of English.
Special Skills
You must hold a driving licence - if you do not have your own car you will be provided access to a car.
