Full Time Butler Required for Family in Locust Valley, New York

SALARY INCREASE! A family of 6 (mother, father and 4 adult children) with a little dog are looking for a full time Butler to join their family home.

Background 
The friendly family live and work in Locust Valley, NY, the father works full time and the mother is busy with her daily schedule. Two of the children are at college with the younger son and daughter present in the family home.  Currently they have two full time maids but they feel that the standard of service they are getting is not reaching the level they want, so they are looking to seek a head of the house, hands on Butler who will manage the home, and help recruit additional staff should it be required.

Duties 
An informal house, they require the Butler to manage the home in all aspects of house management.  A 6 bedroom house, they require the duties of cooking, house management and housekeeping and driving.  They will be looking to you to ensure that the home is ran correctly, and all aspects cared and managed accordingly. You should have a good eye for detail and be able to be flexible and adaptive to the family needs.  You will also perform driving duties, running errands and shopping as part of the family schedule.

Location
Locust Valley, NY.  This is a live out role, so the family would prefer the candidate to re-locate or be based in the area.

Days/Hours
Between 1 - 2 days off a week (but flexible on the days is required).  Working hours would be typically 9am to 7pm, be able to help with dinner prep and clear up.

Languages 
A good level of English is required.

Special Skills.
You should have the legal right to work in the US, either with residency or citizenship.  The family will not consider sponsorship.

Package Offered 
The family are looking to pay between $55-120K a year depending on experience, plus with additional packages negotiated accordingly.  

Interview/Start date 
The client is interviewing in the next couple of weeks. After interviews there will be a trial, leading to employment, as soon as possible.
