Family Background
An ultra high net worth family, with a busy schedule and staff, they are now looking for a new, Chef to work in their family home. The property is a large family home in Central London, near Victoria train/tube station. They have a large kitchen, with all the requirements any professional Chef might need. They are also happy to adjust the facilities accordingly should additional tools be needed.
Duties
Your focus will be on the cooking, kitchen management and menu planning and shopping. You should be able to cook a wide range of cuisines, but the family preference is Mediterranean and Russian cooking. You'll be cooking food for the family each day, for the children and the mother, and liaising with the mother around menus. You should understand strong nutrition and food types, including dietary needs and intolerances. You'll also be preparing food for the weekend for the family to cook/heat under your instructions.

The property is in Victoria, Central London, SW1.
Days/Hours
3-4 days a week, ideally working 5-6 hours on each day (20-24 hours each week), with flexibility to do additional days/hours as required.
Languages
You must speak a good level of English.
Special Skills
You should be skilled at cooking Mediterranean/Russian cuisine. If you speak Russian this is a bonus in order to communicate with the principals.
