A luxury 5-star hotel in Riyadh are looking for a team of professional, discreet and experienced Butlers and Events Staff for a VIP event from 17th-22nd (including two travel days and four working days) in December 2019. You should be available for the full period of the booking.
Package Offered
- Travel days (2) paid at £150 per day.
- 10 hour shift working days (4) paid at £400 per day (to include the 24 hour period).
- Total for the booking of Four Days Work = £1900 gross
- All travel from London airport, to Saudi, travel inside Saudi, accommodation and food (whilst in Saudi) provided by client on top of the booking fee.
Background
The event is being held at a luxury 5-star hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hotel is hosting a VIP event in which they need to cater for 30 Villas, VIP Lounges, the Bar and a Michelin Star Restaurants. They are looking for a team of highly professional, discreet and experienced Butlers and Events Staff to work at the VIP event.
Duties
You will be working with a team of events staff to provide all traditional butler duties including welcoming people to the event, taking guests coats and bags etc, serving food, drinks and snacks throughout the day and whenever required, and making sure the event runs smoothly.
You do not need to be a qualified Butler to apply, but you should be confident with waiting service, and be polite, well presented and respectful to the Middle Eastern culture. You’ll be representing the hotel and their VIP guests, so you should be willing to act to the highest standards of professionalism and adhere to the Saudi local laws.
Location/Accommodation
The event is at a high-end 5-star hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will stay in the hotel during the event. All travel from the London airport to the hotel and back to the London airport will be included.

Languages
You should speak an excellent level of English.
Special Skills
You must be experienced in working at high-end events. No driving is required for this position.
